Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Orders placed before 12 PM AEST may be dispatched the same day
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped
Processing times may be extended during peak periods, back-orders, or supply delays. If delays occur, we will notify you.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship all orders within Australia using trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Aramex, and StarTrack.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas)
- Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days (metro areas)
- Regional & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier performance.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
- Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions
4. Packaging & Handling
All orders are shipped in secure, tamper-evident packaging to maintain product integrity.
Parcels are sent in plain, unbranded packaging for privacy and discretion.
Products should be handled and stored appropriately upon delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within Australia only
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we cannot reasonably confirm they are for legitimate research purposes
All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only and are not intended for human consumption or therapeutic use.
7. Delays, Loss, or Damage
We guarantee dispatch, not delivery. Once an order has been handed to the courier, delays may occur outside our control.
If your order is delayed or missing:
- Check your tracking information
- Contact us after 7 business days if the parcel has not arrived
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
