Refund Eligibility
Due to the specialised nature of our research products, refunds are only available under limited circumstances.
Eligible for Refund
- Incorrect products shipped (with photo evidence)
- Products that arrive damaged or defective
- Products that are not as described
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind purchases
- Incorrect ordering by the customer
- Products that have been misused or improperly handled
- Products damaged due to improper storage
- Custom or special-order items
Refund Process
Timeline
- Damage or incorrect item claims should be made within 48 hours of delivery where possible
- All other issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Processing time: 3–5 business days after approval
- Refunds issued within 5–10 business days to original payment method
Requirements
- Valid proof of purchase
- Where possible, products should be in original condition and packaging
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If unavailable, store credit may be issued.
Additional Conditions
Products must be handled and stored appropriately; we are not responsible for issues arising from improper handling after delivery.
Elixion Labs reserves the right to assess all claims and determine an appropriate resolution.
